Andrei Evulet

Dr Andrei Evulet is the CEO, CTO and President of Jetoptera, Inc. His expertise in Aerospace Engineering, with a particular focus on propulsion, where he introduced his invention, the Fluidic Propulsive System. The FPS technology will be deployed to both V/STOL capable cargo and manned aircraft. He graduated from the University of Manchester in 1992, with an BEng in Aeronautical Engineering on a scholarship. After earning a MSc from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, and his PhD in mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Rutgers University in 2000, he spent over 30 years in R&D, including 14 years at GE (now GE Aerospace). At GE Aviation, he was the Technology Integration and Maturation Leader for the GE9X engine, which powers the Boeing 777X airplane. He has over 100 US and International patents. He start Jetoptera, Inc. in 2015 with the goal of building useful VTOL platforms.
