Kyle Fairbairn

Kyle Fairbairn works in Transport for London’s Strategy Directorate, where he focuses on strategic transport issues including advanced air mobility, classic aviation, and rail, as well as the integration of these modes with land-use planning. He previously contributed to the development and delivery of key policies such as the London-wide expansion of the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ), including supporting mitigation measures like the scrappage scheme. Kyle holds an MSc in Urban Analytics and is a Churchill Fellow.
