Patrick Shannon

Prior to founding TrustPoint, where he serves as CEO, Mr. Shannon was Vice President at Astro Digital, responsible for strategy, business development, and product management. He oversaw six satellite development programs supporting IoT, broadband, and laser communications, and led a 400% revenue increase. Before that, he was Vice President of Business Development at SpaceQuest, driving company strategy, R&D, and program execution. Mr. Shannon began his career as a satellite systems engineer at Orbital Sciences, later moving into corporate strategy to support mergers and acqusitions. With over 20 years of experience developing commercial solutions for systems traditionally operated by governments, he holds degrees from MIT and Stanford University.
