Currently serving as the Drone Test and Development Centre Manager at the Satellite Applications Catapult, he brings deep expertise in UAV operations, flight safety, and regulatory compliance. A former British Army UAS Commander, Philip has led operations in high-pressure environments globally and played a pivotal role in developing safety frameworks for BVLOS operations, research and development for new uncrewed systems and operational delivery.
