Rebecca Dibden

I began my career with Balfour Beatty in 2022 as a Senior Administrator within the Highways Service Partnership in Southampton. Drawing on my background in the aviation industry, I applied for an internal opportunity to become a drone pilot. Following a successful application, I completed the necessary training and obtained my UAV licences, allowing me to transition into this exciting new role. Since becoming a qualified drone pilot, I have carried out a variety of surveys and inspections. The quality and impact of this work has led to opportunities to support additional business areas across Balfour Beatty.
