Zack Seymour is a Senior Engineer in the Frazer-Nash Uncrewed Aerial Systems (UAS) group. Zack has experience in a broad range of engineering areas relating to UAS, including the design, build and test of novel fixed-wing and multi-rotor UAS platforms, UAS software development and integration, and technology and feasibility assessments. Zack holds a CAA-recognised General Visual Line of Sight Certificate (GVC) qualification for fixed-wing and multi-rotor UAS, giving him a firm understanding of UAS operations and technology, and enabling him to conduct trials activity in support of the project. Notable projects delivered by Zack include the development of UAS hardware and software to meet a specialist military surveying requirement and supporting the development of an automated electrical substation inspection capability. As a hobby, Zack designs, builds, and flies both fixed-wing and multi-rotor UAS, complimenting his formal project experience.
